These terms govern participation on Remotrai, including proposal submission, milestone contracts, deliverable reviews, and acceptable platform conduct.
1. Nature of the Platform
Remotrai provides an operational software workspace that facilitates discovery, contract formulation, milestone progression, and deliverable tracking. Remotrai is not an employer or legal party to direct service agreements between clients and freelancers.
2. Milestone Contract Mechanics
All projects formalize into sequential milestone phases with pre-agreed specifications. Financial allocations are released to the freelancer upon the client's affirmative review and sign-off on delivered assets.
3. Connects & Prohibited Conduct
Users agree to conduct communications with mutual professionalism. Automated spam bidding, scraping, and abusive outreach are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account restriction.
